• Account information: phone number used for OTP authentication.
• Vehicle information: motorcycle details, VIN, warranty status, and service history linked to your account.
• Service records: bookings, KSG (Kartu Servis Gratis) voucher usage, and maintenance history.
• Device information: device model, OS version, and app version for diagnostics.
• Camera: only when you explicitly use QR code scanning or service photo features.
• Location: only when you explicitly search for nearby dealers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity via OTP.
• Display your motorcycle warranty status and KSG balance.
• Facilitate service bookings with authorized dealers.
• Send service reminders and booking confirmations via push notifications.
• Improve app performance and fix issues.

3. Data Sharing

We share relevant vehicle and service data with authorized Benelli, Morbidelli, and Benda dealers solely to fulfill service bookings and warranty claims. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android).

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account.
